Mrs. Beth Strange

Education:
I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Lindenwood University. I also have my Associate's Degree from Florissant Valley Community College in Child Care.
Certifications:
I am certified to teach Birth to Grade 3.
Experience:
I have taught pre-school for 19 years. I also substitute taught all grades at St. Sabina in Florissant. I was the Curriculum Coordinator for a pre-school in O'Fallon Mo.
Hobbies:
I enjoy being at the Lake of the Ozarks. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Jim, my daughter, Katelyn, and our friends and family. Watching my daughter play volleyball is another favorite of mine. In my spare time I love taking pictures.
Why I Enjoy CKS:
It has always been a dream of mine to teach in the Catholic School. I am very excited to call Christ the King home! I always look forward to doing what I love: TEACHING!
Ms. Claire Juodis

I have previously worked as a teacher in a daycare and as teacher in Christ the King's PreSchool.
Hobbies:
I enjoy being with my family and friends, reading, and shopping!
Why I Enjoy CKS:
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming at CKS! I look forward to returning to my teaching assignment in Grade One! I love first grade!
Mrs. Tara Murphey

3rd Grade Teacher
Education:
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lindenwood University in 2003. Also, I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Phoenix, which I received in 2011. I am currently working on a Master's in Reading Specialty from Liberty University.
Certification:
I am certified to teach grades 1-6.
Experience:
I taught fifth grade at Saint James the Greater from 2006-2016. After 10 years in one grade, I moved to third grade at Saint James the Greater, and I taught one year of that grade. In 2017-2018, I taught first grade at Saint James the Greater. I moved to first grade, so I did not teach my daughter. My final year 2018-2019, I moved back to where my heart is----in third grade. I was at Saint James the Greater for 13 years.
Hobbies:
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my children and my husband. I also enjoy reading and traveling when I can. Finally, I enjoy shopping.
Why I enjoy CKS?
I enjoy teaching students who have a zest for learning! Also, CKS felt potentially like a school where I could thrive as a teacher, and include students who have the eagerness to learn, as I to teach.
Mrs. Dawn Duncan

I graduated Magna Cum Laude at Harris Stowe State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education with a minor in Social Studies.
Experience:
I have taught first, second, fifth and sixth grades - all in Catholic Schools. After 6 years at Resurrection of our Lord, the school closed and I was fortunate to follow my students to St. John the Baptist. And now God has called me to CKS!
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, swimming, hiking, biking and camping with my five children.
